Summary
Hi! I'm the CTO of AI startup Non-Von and a postdoc in Richard Granger's Brain Engineering Laboratory at Dartmouth. I study how the brain learns to compute. What algorithms does the brain implement? How do they arise from neurons? I'm particularly interested in the algorithms that underlie the biological development of associative/relational representations. I'm driven by my passion to understand how humans use these representations to do amazing things — things that computers have yet to accomplish.
I received my PhD in cognitive neuroscience from Dartmouth, my MS in machine learning from UC Irvine, and my BS in computer engineering from Bucknell.
